GapDB find and trade gaps by statistics

Gap Outlier is defined when a stock has more than 3 and 15% unfilled gaps within the last 12 months. Too many outliers suggest the market needs to go down to fill those gaps. Too few outliers suggest market now has filled those gaps and may go up.
